Kappa Omega is committed to supporting and implementing the International programs of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. The program theme for 2022-2026 is Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood.

The International Program includes a foundational initiative, "Strengthening Our Sisterhood", and five program initiatives that are designed improve the lives of the people and communities we serve.
